“Room and the staff”

“The staff on site were amazing and helpful. The “breakfast” was lacking. They provided fruit cups and muffins. The description wasn’t correct in the advertisement.”

“The accommodations were impeccably maintained, and the pool facilities were pristine. The General Manager demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The night shift bartender provided outstanding service.”

“Quiet. Comfortable beds. Only problem was bathroom door would not stay shut and unable to lock.”

“Rooms were clean and spacious. Only issue we had was the pool was closed for maintenance while we were there.”

“Khalia at the front desk was so helpful. She helped me straighten out my reservation that I accidentally booked twice and was able to get my second one canceled. The room was very clean and a/c nice and cold during our stay. This was the second time staying at the property and I would definitely stay again!”

“I always stay where I visiting family in a neighboring city. It's in downtown Valdosta. Super quaint and convenient. The restoration is really nice. I like the antiquetious feel. You should give it a try. I do warn you that the property sits on a major highway. But it's a highway thru a small-town-downtown square.”

“The property was great. Clean in all areas. Staff very friendly. Breakfast setup was wonderful with food hot and delicious. Parking was convenient Would highly recommend to anyone”

“Staff at front desk”

“Our room wasn’t ready at check in time when we arrived at about 3:30, so we were moved to a second room whose carpet was wet and had fans running. So then we were moved to a third room. I guess my suggestion is that if you advertise 3:00 pm check-in, be ready for check-in’s at 3:00.”

“Breakfast was fine. Room didn’t feel & look as clean as would’ve liked. Not enough towels, no stopper for tub, water temperature was like one temp. Toilet didn’t flush every time.”
